Our picnics can be enjoyed either inside, outside, day, or evening. A perfect way to celebrate life's special occasions, those occasions that give us a lifetime of cherished memories. Imagine arriving at the hotel, Airbnb, park, beach, or home to find that you have been welcomed with a picnic surprise. What a great memory you will have to share with your friends, future children, and with those you love. We have setups that are designed specifically for that special man, woman, or child in your life. Our tables can accommodate both children and adult heights. Our tables can also be coordinated to match your slumber party theme and match your choice of colors. We provide dinner setups for each guest along with seating and party theme décor. All packages include Delivery**, Set Up, and Take Down.

These are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you do not see an answer to a question that you have, please feel free to call us.
How Long Is My Picnic Time?
Our picnic times are for 2 hours. Extra time can be booked for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of booking.
Where can I have my picnic?
You can have your picnic at a private Residence, Airbnb, Beach, or State Park. Any entry fees will be added to your invoice and are the responsibility of the client.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer cancellations. We will work with you to reschedule your picnic.

What is your weather policy?
We do monitor the weather for bad weather conditions including rain and high temperatures. Please notify us of an alternate location for your picnic when booking your picnic. If the weather does not permit setting up on your scheduled date, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic.
Deposit Fee?
We require a 50% deposit fee at the time of booking. Deposit fees are not refundable. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule your picnic for one alternate date. If you cancel within 48 hours, we will not reschedule your picnic.
How do I pay for my picnic?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 7 days prior to your picnic date.

Can I bring food?
Yes, you can bring your own food.
How far in advance do I need to book my picnic experience?
We suggest that you book as soon as possible because our dates do fill up quickly. We require a minimum of 7 days notice to book a picnic, for bookings less than the 7 day minimum we will require a $75 rush fee.
What if I have to leave my picnic early?
We do understand that you may have to leave your picnic early. We ask that you stay with your picnic, call us and we will return to the picnic site as soon as possible. We are usually nearby.
What is a damage fee?
We do understand that accidents do happen! Any items that are damaged is the responsibility of the client.
