These are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you do not see an answer to a question that you have, please feel free to call us.

Are the Hotel Fees Included?

The Hotel Fees are not included in the cost of our services.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We will transfer your deposit minus the retainer fee to another date as long as it is requested one (1)  week or more before the date of your scheduled event. If the request is made in less than one (1) week, we will not have the ability to reschedule without you paying an additional deposit.

Who is responsible for cleaning up?

We provide you with a complimentary clean up kit which includes everything you need to clean up. 

How do you access my room?

Please add us to the reservation at the time of booking. If you are not able to add us, we can set a time to meet and you can provide us with the key. We will leave the key with your clean-up kit once we are done setting it up. If you are using an Airbnb, please provide us with the codes. 

How do I pay?

We require a $250 non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking to secure your date. That retainer fee goes towards your set-up fee. The balance is due 7 days before your set-up date. We will send out an invoice with the balance. 

What are Damage Fees?

We offer packages and enhancements  that can be rented and should they become damaged, we will assess a fee for replacement. 

What areas do you service?

We service all of Connecticut and some areas of Massachusetts.

How far in advance should I book?

Our dates do fill up quickly, so the further out you book would be best. We do require a minimum of one (1) week's notice providing we have the date available. Please contact us if you have less than a week's notice, we may be able to accommodate a request. A rush fee of $75.00 will be required. When booking your experience, please be aware that the time you request is the time we will arrive to begin setting up your experience. We REQUIRE 2-3 hours for set up time.
